lsaffold: I have worked in various management positions within manufacturing environments for over 14 years. I recently obtained a M.Ed Instructional Technology. I chose Technology & Education because I feel the successful leader should be "tech savvy" as well as an effective teacher/mentor. I have experience in business operations and industrial engineering. My talent is leading and developing teams. My aspiration is to help others realize their leadership potential.
